2. Beta Testing & Access
Cuber is currently in its beta validation stage ("MVP Live"). Access is granted on an invitational basis via our waitlist. We reserve the right to:
- Modify, suspend, or terminate access to the beta program at any time without prior notice or liability.
- Remove users who violate these terms or disrupt the evaluation of the platform.
- Limit the computational or processing quotas available to beta testers.
3. User Conduct
You agree not to use the platform to:
- Generate false, misleading, malicious, or illegal content.
- Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or extract the source code of Cuber's GNN simulation engine or proprietary AI modules.
- Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to extract data from the Site without explicit written permission.
- Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others.
4. Intellectual Property
Ownership of assets is structured as follows:
- Cuber Proprietary Materials: All logos, designs, visual assets, software, machine learning architectures, GNN models, and source code are the exclusive intellectual property of Cuber Tech.
- User Inputs & Generated Prototyping Assets: Users retain ownership of the raw business ideas, specific texts, and brand concepts they input into Cuber. Prototypes, synthesized market analyses, and simulation reports generated by Cuber are licensed to the user for evaluation purposes under the beta program.
5. Disclaimer
The materials on Cuber's website are provided on an 'as is' basis. Cuber makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, Cuber does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.
